The one about the stinkers
Mother's day 2003This week my two middle kids both told me something similar. The eleven-year-old was frustrated that I asked him to do so many chores when I could do them myself. The seven-year-old told me that I did less work around the house than she did. Whatever.

Remind them that the chores are the rent they pay to live in YOUR house and if they would rather come up with $300 a month they could do that instead.
Thats what I tell my kids keeps them quiet for a while.

Your kids are TOO funny with their comments...and I can't imagine why you can't do all the chores yourself. Afterall, with four kids you've got nothing else to do, right?
