The one about the Indian Paintbrush

I am putting off going to bed because I never fall asleep right away (like 40 minutes or more..) and I lay there thinking about EVERYTHING, then feeling like I am wasting time, and my ankle forever aches. Then the RLS begins....

but....I have here a photo of one of the many bouquets of Indian Paintbrush brought to me by Savannah and Amelia in the last few weeks. The Indian Paintbrush was late this year....being so cold, i guess.

My husband has RLS and takes something for it, and it works!! Though, I think he started taking it because I always ended up on the couch - between his legs and his snoring I was always awake!!

Hope you got some sleep last night!

Ugh- hang in there. You are such a great person and mom, you should relax when you go to bed- it'll all be there in the morning. Ever try yoga?

Marilyn, I have RLS (and so does my Mom and Gram!) We all take clonazepam for it and it works wonderfully. There are newer drugs on the market for this, but this one has worked for all of us! (it's cheap too)
Oh, and it would no longer take you 40 minutes to fall asleep.

Hi Marilyn, RLS stinks...big time. I have it, too. I've been taking a homeopathic medication for it. I get it at CVS. It works wonders. Give it a try!

I do the same thing with falling asleep. My mind races and I always need to write something down. :)

Love the Indian Paintbrushes! They are all over the place here in TX when the bluebonnets bloom.
