The one about the Hello

Hello!!!
How time flies.
Aren't you supposed to be having fun while time is flying? Like a kid at an amusement park or while reading a good book...but I seem to be losing the race with the rats more and more each week.
lol

The LOVE book is out and I still can't believe our little valentine project was turned into an entire publication!!!
I find it interesting what Somerset
chose to print, and what they didn't print. Below are a few that I loved, that didn't make the cut.

....oh, and if you'd emailed me recently, especially with questions about the book, and I haven't answered, please be patient--I'll get back to you. Or even better, just email me again!! :)

Hi Marilyn,

I LoVe the art you created and the others created in your round robin. As a matter of fact the beautiful publication Stampington did on the round robin was the inspiration for a little project I am now hosting. Thanks for inspiring me to play in shades of red and pink, and thanks for sharing your art with all of us.

Wow! I can't believe that the 2nd piece. sewn lace with the gorgeous border and hearts wasn't in there! I bet the editors had the hardest time choosing what to print when everything you guys did was so beautiful. I can't believe I missed out on these paper hearts in your shop. Maybe they are saving it for it's own Article in another publication.
Sincerely,
Angela Harris

I LOVE your "in love" publication. It is truly phenomenal! I'm a scrappy gal trying to break outside the lines... (love your blog title!) and I just am so inspired to try something new (altering a book-how perfect!!) I was so amazed at the may different ways there are to alter books. I appreciate all your insights and stories behind each books and the "spreads". I really can't say enough how much I loved your publication. Thanks for inspiration... (you have a new fan in me :) xoxo anna in Ca.

I just finished Somerset in Love and I was curious to check out your blog. Of all the artists in the magazine, I love your style the most... I know, i'm not original with this comment. But it's how I can sum it up. Your creations and your photographs speak to me. I'll be back regularly.
